terms agreed between an employer and employee that are legally enforceable through a contract of employment. Conditions of employment include conditions that may be unique to the individual, for example, notice periods, remuneration, fringe benefits, and hours of work, as well as those that form organization-wide policies, such as discipline and grievance procedures and those dictated by legislation.
